A picture of that nights sky from the time and location in which they first met hangs in their home. Their first date was filled with excitement and laughter. Two weeks later they fell in love, and a few months after that solidified their bond even more when they rescued their dog Chucka. They later were provided the opportunity to move to Arizona where they bought their first home, rescued Chucka’s sister Uga and planted their roots to begin a family. This couple met in 2012 on a blind date, instantly bonding over their love for animals, traveling, faith, even superheroes! They were married two years later and can’t wait to share their passion for adventure with children! Their initial phone call was very awkward, but months later they decided it was better for them to meet in person. After several years of dating, Mike eventually proposed, and they were engaged in Panama. They were married shortly after that, and have been in love ever since. Mike and Magalie are a fun, adventurous couple who love to travel, eat and enjoy life to the fullest. Adoption holds a special place in their hearts. Jill shares with us that she could eat pizza everyday, and yet still is the athletic type who has done things like hike the Grand Canyon for charity. Jill grew up in St. Louis with her parents and younger siblings, complete with aunts and cousins around her growing up.
